Growth Marketing Manager, Maventa

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to help Maventa scale across Europe. We at Maventa are responsible for a state of the art electronic invoice and document exchange hub, operating in several European countries. Our platform serves over 300 software partners and 400 000 businesses, and processes tens of millions of transactions each month.

What awaits you in this role?
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing Maventa’s marketing strategy to life. You’ll drive go-to-market piloting, account-based marketing and lifecycle growth to generate measurable impact across markets. We’re looking for a strategic executor who drives growth initiatives forward in a systematic, scalable way.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
Owning our demand generation and go-to-market engine
Designing and running GTM pilots and experiment roadmap across markets, from hypotheses to scaling
Building and developing account-based marketing programs and plays in close collaboration with sales to influence and convert target accounts
Driving measurable, repeatable pipeline growth through integrated demand generation and campaigns
Monitoring and optimising funnel performance and conversion flows through structured testing and data
Developing and refining lifecycle, nurture, and automation journeys to ensure a cohesive buyer journey
Owning, maintaining and developing our growth and GTM tech stack, including Hubspot
Acting as the resident “AI aficionado” in marketing, making sure we have the right tools and knowledge at hand
In this role, you’ll have plenty of space to experiment, take ownership and implement your ideas freely and independently, all while working closely with stakeholders such as sales, customer service and product development teams.
What do we expect from you?
You have versatile B2B marketing experience, specialising in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in an international SaaS context. You get excited about new trends and innovations in the marketing space, and can’t wait to test new things every day.
You are a solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a growth mindset. You enjoy working closely with sales and product, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen. Agile project management is a part of your everyday vocabulary.
To succeed in this role you need:
Proven experience and strong evidence of success in e.g. growth marketing or demand generation, on both strategic and tactical level
Hands-on experience designing and running go-to-market activities in B2B contexts
Strong understanding of funnel optimisation, lifecycle marketing, and target account nurturing in B2B and/or SaaS contexts
Experience in managing account-based marketing (ABM) programs and building plays across the customer journey
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with confidence to talk about growth metrics & data even in front of C-suite executives (we promise they’re not that scary in our context!)
Solid experience with growth marketing, GTM, and marketing automation tools, especially Hubspot
Curiosity and initiative to explore and apply AI tools and automation in marketing operations
Applicable university or higher education degree
Fluent language skills in English. Fluency in Nordic or other European languages is considered a major advantage.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 4300-4800 €/month according to your skills and experience. Please let us know your thoughts on your salary in your application. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Our office is located in Helsinki but you can also work remotely from elsewhere in Finland. We still hope to see you regularly at the office as teamwork and sense of community are important to us. Currently we are unable to offer relocation support.
