Junior Application Specialist, Maventa (Temporary)

Our customer care team is dedicated to providing the best possible support and user experience for Maventa users. We are now looking for a Junior Application Specialist to support our growth across Europe for a fixed-term position of about a year until the end of 2026.
What awaits you?
As a Junior Application Specialist at Maventa, you will assist e-invoicing operator customers with various technical questions via phone and digital channels. You will leverage your expertise to provide consultative guidance and support in various problem-solving situations. You will also act as an internal expert across team boundaries, developing our services, processes and products together with your colleagues. You are at your best when working with people and enjoy finding the best possible solutions for our customers. Customer satisfaction will be the key metrics for your work.
Our customers are mainly situated in the Nordics, but we are rapidly expanding to continental Europe. In Maventa’s Customer Care team, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself with technically demanding cases and constantly discover new things to learn in the world of electronic invoicing.
An amazing and expert nine-person team is waiting for you! The team is highly skilled in integrations and partner relations, and works closely with our product development and sales teams. The team operates primarily remotely across Finland. What do you need to succeed in this role?

Previous experience in digital customer service via phone, email and chat.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.

Seen as a benefit:
Previous experience in e-invoicing or financial management.
Understanding of SaaS softwares or experience with a technical API product.

Maventa's office is located in Helsinki, but you can also work from other Visma offices or remotely. We hope you can visit the office to meet your teammates occasionally as needed. The salary range for this position is 2600-2800 € per month.
