Hello future Product Specialist!

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Product Specialist Trainee to join our Netvisor Product Business for next summer!

In this role, you will work at the heart of product development, collaborating closely with our Product Owners and Domain Experts. As a Trainee, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a leading financial management software is managed and developed. Our team has 10 members spread across Finland, but you can find some of us also in our Lappeenranta and Helsinki offices.

Netvisor is the leading platform for financial management, accounting, billing and worktime management in the Finnish market. We have over 100 experts working with Netvisor product development and management in different roles. 

What awaits you here?

As our Summer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in Netvisor product management by supporting our Product Management team in their daily operations. You will work closely with our Netvisor Product Specialist to help streamline the way we handle customer requests. We are especially interested in seeing how you can apply your AI toolkit to help us analyze and categorize customer and development needs,  turning them into clear tasks for prioritization. 

In addition to data-driven insights, you will assist the team in keeping our customers well-informed by drafting release notes, instructions, and other product documentation. This is a great opportunity to see how customer feedback is transformed into real product value in a fast-paced environment!

What do we expect from you?

In addition, we hope you would bring:

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business. If you’ve been using the Netvisor product in your studies or work, this is a definite plus!

• Curiosity about the possibilities of AI and ideally you have already experimented with different AI tools. We’d love to hear or see examples of how you have used AI to analyze data, automate tasks, or simplify your own work.

• Fluency in both Finnish and English: You are comfortable in communicating clearly in both languages, both in writing and speaking. This is essential, as you’ll be drafting documentation and analyzing customer feedback in a Finnish business environment.

The position is a fixed-term summer job (May-August). Although we support remote work, we hope to see you at the office on a weekly basis either in Helsinki or Lappeenranta.

Salary for this Summer Trainee position is 2750 €/month + benefits.

Our recruitment process includes ability tests and one round of interviews for finalists. We will respond to all applicants within a week after the application period has ended. Interviews will be conducted during February and the employment contract signed by the end of March.
