Our Netvisor product is the leading financial management software in Finland with approximately 40 000 customers. It’s also one of the most successful products in the Visma Group. More than 100 software development professionals work in agile teams developing Netvisor.

We are now looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join the Netvisor QA Team and strengthen the support of Netvisor R&D teams with E2E Test Automation. The QA Team currently consists of seven engineers with diverse responsibilities, including manual testing, web and mobile test automation, and performance testing. The Netvisor QA Team plays a crucial role in the development process, ensuring the quality of Netvisor products.

Our hopes for our new colleague

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining test automation frameworks and systems. This includes proven skills with both manual and automated testing.
• Experience in test automation for both web and mobile applications, and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. Also API testing experience is highly valued.
• You are also experienced in programming/scripting with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or Python, covering all phases from test planning to manual testing and reporting.
• You are familiar with cloud environments, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• You have an independent approach to developing your own expertise and our operations, and you know the basics of Agile and Scrum.
• You are a positive, solution-oriented team player with excellent communication skills in English (Finnish is considered a plus).
• Writing documentation may not be your favorite task, but you're okay with it.
• You are eager not only to develop the test automation systems, but also to share your knowledge with the QA Team.

Experience with performance testing (scripting, execution, monitoring, reporting), AI Testing, and mobile test automation are considered a plus. However, the most important thing is a passion for learning and adopting new things.

Although we're connected throughout the day, we don't physically sit close to each other, so we don't expect you to either. However, we would appreciate it if you could occasionally visit your team mates at our office in Helsinki (Pasila, Mall of Tripla).

The salary range in this position is estimated to be around 4000-5000 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.
