- Contribute to the team's objectives and projects aimed at elevating our organization's payroll functions to a new level.
What do we expect you to have?
Our hopes and expectations for your background and skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in payroll administration within Finland, including comprehensive knowledge of Finnish tax and labor laws, and social security systems.
- Strong understanding of HR & payroll systems, software, and tools (experience with Netvisor is considered a plus).
- Strong technical skills and understanding of various technologies, with the ability to handle data effectively and understand integrations.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to critically assess and effectively develop processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Finnish at a minimum B2 level and fluency in English.
