Our customer care team is dedicated to providing the best possible support and user experience for Maventa users. We are now looking for a Customer Care Manager to support our growth across Europe.
What awaits you?
As a Customer Care Manager at Maventa, you will lead a nine-person team of Application Specialists. In this role you'll be leading a team that operates primarily remotely across Finland. The team is highly skilled in integrations, partner relations and invoicing, and works closely with our product development and sales teams. The team handles customer support inquiries through email, phone and chat. You will be responsible for your team's job satisfaction, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed, and developing their skills. You are a guiding light for the team, with a vision of providing world-class customer service. Customer and employee satisfaction will be the key metrics for your work and the team's success.
You will give your team the freedom and responsibility to independently manage and develop their operations in collaboration with you and other stakeholders. You'll support their professional growth and encourage a culture of experimentation.
Our customers are mainly situated in the Nordics, but we are rapidly expanding to continental Europe. You will be executing on our strategy, making sure we have a customer service operation equipped to handle an increasingly international customer base. You will actively present observations, results, and insights on customer service operations, and you are committed to developing them in strong collaboration with other members of the management team. You know how to design and scale customer service processes using various technologies. You will set bold goals for customer service that support the company's overall objectives.
What you need to succeed in this role
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Finnish and English.
- The ability to lead change and improve established KPIs.
- A strategic vision for developing customer service operations.
- A strong understanding of how to use AI and automation to build and scale services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to listen and influence.
- The ability to translate business goals into customer service objectives and actionable plans.
- Insights into creating and maintaining an innovative and psychologically safe environment.
Seen as benefits:

- Experience using the HubSpot platform.
You have experience on managing large, complex topics, quickly grasping new things, and bringing fresh perspectives on operational development. Maventa operates in international markets, so experience in leading complex projects will help you succeed in this role.

Maventa's office is located in Helsinki, but you can also work from other Visma offices or remotely. We hope you can visit the office to meet your teammates occasionally as needed. The salary range for this position is 4000-5000€ per month. The position is a fixed term for minimum 12 months. Our recruitment process includes two rounds of interviews and work personality test.
