Accode at Visma Solutions is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI) to join our team! 

Accode is building an automation platform for accounting offices in the Nordics. Trusted by thousands of customers, including the largest accounting offices in Finland, we're changing how automation and AI are used throughout the accounting process to deliver real, measurable business results.

What will you be doing?

You will play a pivotal role in developing our automation platform, specifically in furthering the use of AI and machine learning to deliver a more intelligent and efficient product experience for our users.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining features across the full stack, from the initial concept and user interface to the backend APIs and automation implementation.
• Selecting, implementing, and fine-tuning the most appropriate automation/AI solution for each use case, whether it's an LLM-powered feature, a predictive ML model, or a workflow in our rule-based engine.
• Developing internal tooling to build, scale, and validate AI solutions, ensuring the features we build are delivering real value to our customers.
• Collaborating with our tight-knit team and our customers to deliver features and improvements. Participating in roadmapping, technical discussions, and decision-making.
• Debugging and resolving issues across the entire platform, ensuring that our products and platform run smoothly for all our customers.

Technologies you'll work with:

• TypeScript in React and Node.js
• Python
• PostgreSQL
• ML frameworks (e.g. AutoGluon, PyTorch), LLM frameworks and services (e.g. Vertex AI, Bedrock)

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and shipping full-stack projects into production.
• Practical, hands-on experience building features that utilize AI technologies. This could be professional experience or significant personal projects involving LLMs or traditional machine learning.
• Strong command of TypeScript (React/Node.js) for application development and proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues and a proactive approach to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Here’s also some nice to have stuff:

• Experience with querying, monitoring and maintaining databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• An interest in data science and the core principles behind LLMs and machine learning.
• Experience with MLOps principles (e.g., model versioning, monitoring, and deployment).
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Finnish language skills are considered an asset due to the Finnish customer base (we hope all our team members interact with customers too).

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices across Finland or fully remotely from anywhere in Finland.

The salary range in this position is difficult to estimate as it can be anything between 4000-6000 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.

Our recruitment process includes two rounds of interviews, first one with Recruiter & Team rep. (30-45 mins) and second being a technical Interview (90 mins).
