We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Finance and Data team. If you’re someone who sees the story behind the data and enjoys turning complex puzzles into actionable insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a vital part of our team, you will work with BI and automation to drive our strategy forward, fuel growth, and boost operational efficiency.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining our Tableau reports and data sources to ensure high-quality data.

• Providing data sparring and consultation to stakeholders.

• Solving complex problems and digging deep to answer the "why" behind the numbers.

• Building and refining forecasts and predictive models.

• We know that perfect self-service BI is often a utopia—but with us, you’ll get to build it as close to reality as possible.

We are looking for a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives on making data actionable. You might be in the early stages of your career, with a strong desire and capacity to learn and grow. You believe in staying curious, radically transparent, and showing up as your authentic self.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Analytical experience, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.

• The ability to simplify the complex, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.

• A "can-do" attitude. You focus on impact over perfection, pragmatically choosing the right tool for the job—whether it’s a quick spreadsheet, a robust dashboard, or a ML model.

• Technical proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).

• A versatile toolkit: Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a strong plus.

• An AI-forward mindset: Experience with or a keen interest in leveraging AI tools.

• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work remotely from anywhere in Finland. Although we're connected throughout the day, we don't physically sit close to each other, so we don't expect you to either. However, we would like you to occasionally visit your team mates in our offices.

The salary range is between 3300-3800€/month depending on your prior experience.
