Netvisor Pro is an automation platform for accounting companies in the Finnish market. We have a quickly growing customer base, including some of the largest accounting offices in Finland. We harness automation and artificial intelligence to enhance the entire accounting process to deliver genuine and measurable business benefits.

What can you expect when joining us?

As a Product Owner for Netvisor Pro, your responsibility is to gather and refine product development needs from our customers, and prioritize them for our product development team. We believe that true success depends on our ability to develop the features that actually save time for our users and ignore signals that make less impact - therefore your ability to say no far more often than yes is of crucial importance. You will be working with a skilled team of developers and consultants that focus all their efforts into this product.

Your responsibilities include:

• Discussing the needs of our customers, which range from small bookkeeping companies of a few people to some of the biggest accounting offices in Finland.

• Refining needs into clearly defined implementation plans and development tickets.

• Iteratively collecting feedback from customers and improving the features further.

You will also work with internal stakeholders, e.g. supporting Netvisor Pro consultants in taking the product to market and ensuring that onboarding processes reflect the continuous development of the product.

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in shaping technical solutions in a customer-centric manner, e.g. as a Product Owner, Consultant or Technical Product / Project Manager.

• Understanding of technical restrictions and possibilities, AI and automation.

• Experience from financial services in general and bookkeeping in particular is a big plus.

• We also expect you to have proven experience in analysing customer needs and prioritizing the roadmap, utilizing modern tools and methods.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English and native level Finnish are required, as our customer communication is mostly in Finnish.

Our offices are located in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work remotely. You can expect a few occasional visits to our offices or customers.

The salary range for the position is estimated to be around 5500-6500 euros, but we would be happy to hear your expectations. Our recruitment process includes 2 interview rounds and a work personality assessment.
