Severa is the leading project management software in Finland, used by more than 1800 companies globally. With our product, companies manage their entire business from project management and resourcing to invoicing.
We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist with a growth mindset to accelerate Severa's business.

These are things that today's delivery and project managers are interested in - and it is your job to convince them of their effectiveness. In every expert company, it is possible to streamline processes and obtain relevant information about project costs, margins, and management using modern tools. Severa helps in making better business decisions, regardless of time and place.
In this role your main focus will be on B2B sales, and your key goal is to increase the market share of SMEs and acquire new customers through solution-oriented approaches. This covers everything from prospecting and booking video conferences to winning deals. You will discuss the business of SMEs with their management and experts, map current processes, and demonstrate the functionality in Severa and its benefits with an active approach. Selling Severa requires the ability to work at a fast pace but long-term, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Your customers will be the Finnish SME companies, with the potential to expand your sales focus into the Swedish SME market at a later stage.
What do we expect from you?
We value previous experience in solution-oriented B2B sales and project management related tasks. The work is appropriately challenging, and as your skills and understanding grow, you will move on to larger accounts and more complex solution packages. Skills and knowledge of the product and operating environment will also develop along the way. Severa trainers will assist you in your daily work, and the entire sales team will support you.

To succeed in the role, you need:
Proven track record in successful B2B sales.
Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with the drive to initiate cold contacts.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent Finnish, Swedish, and English language skills.

Our offices are located in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work remotely. However, we hope to see you at the office from time to time to meet and greet your colleagues.
The salary range for this position (base + commission) is estimated to be around 3500-4500 €/month, with the potential to exceed based on sales performance.
